One of my favorite quotes is "Don't fear failure, fear being in
the exact same place next year as you are today".
Despite this, I see many docs who've want to launch their own
business for years but who never get out of the starting gate. Why
is this? There's a variety of reasons: Fear of the unknown, fear of
being sued, fear of failure, even fear of success. (I had one
physician tells me, I'm worried my business will take off, and I
might get too famous!). Whatever the excuse is, this episode might
