I was first introduced to mindfulness several years ago in my business mastermind group, and is something that has become a daily morning ritual. Mindfulness allows me to clear my head and gives me permission to take a break from all the distractions and complications that can often overwhelm us.
As a busy trauma surgeon and mother of three children, Dr. Serene Shereef went through tremendous burnout. She didn’t know which way to turn.
